Military Exhibits of Foreign Exhibitors

In accordance with Russian laws, all military exhibits of foreign Exhibitors shall be subject to licensing. Customs clearance and licensing of such exhibits shall be carried out by the Logistics Service. To ensure timely customs clearance and licensing, foreign Exhibitors shall submit a list of items in the appropriate form (Form 3.0 ) no later than 3 months before the start of the exhibition (2023, April, 25).

Civil and Dual-Purpose Exhibits of Foreign Exhibitors

The Exhibitor shall submit the list of civil and dual-purpose exhibits (Form 3.1 ) to the Exhibition Program Service no later than one month before the start of the exhibition (2023, June, 23).
